"Usually fast, though I’m not totally sure why it slows down sometimes"
Pabbly is quick for the stuff I use it for every day. Every now and then a page takes longer to load, and I can’t tell if it’s the site or something on my end. But overall, it works well and the performance has been good most of the time.

"Pretty easy to get the hang of"
this was really easy to figure out, I got it fast and didn’t feel like I had to overthink anything, which was nice.

"Setup was easier than I thought it’d be"
I signed up for Pabbly this week, the setup went smoother than I expected. Usually with tools like this, I end up clicking around forever trying to figure out what I missed, but the steps were clear and I didn’t really get stuck...

The onboarding emails and help docs actually helped me get my first workflow connected without too much hassle. I had to test it a bit before everything felt right, but overall it was a good first experience, and I’m curious to see how it holds up as I use it more..

"I really wanted Pabbly to work..."
I really wanted Pabbly to work out for me, but the reliability has been a bit frustrating. When an automation runs late or just stops, it creates a ripple effect because the next steps don’t happen when they’re supposed to. The downtime updates also aren’t always clear, so it’s hard to know if I should wait or start fixing things myself. Support does respond, which is good, but that doesn’t really solve the bigger uptime problem. For basic automations it’s fine, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it for anything super important

"Support is slow to get back"
Pabbly is fine when everything is working the way it should. My issue was with the support. I ran into a problem and had to wait way too long for a real answer. The first reply felt kind of generic and did not really solve anything. For something I am paying for I expected quicker help. It is not terrible overall but the support side really needs work.

"Really cuts down on busywork"
I’ve been using this to handle a bunch of my regular workflows, and the automations have been super reliable. The biggest win is how much time it saves me on repetitive tasks, so I can focus on the stuff that actually needs my attention.

"Works with pretty much everything I use"
This has the integrations I needed for pretty much all the apps I use. Setup was easy enough, and so far it’s been working fine without any issues

"Feels like a solid deal"
I ended up trying Pabbly after shopping around a bit and realizing some of the other tools were getting pricey for what I actually needed. Pabbly caught my eye mostly because the price felt way more reasonable, and once I looked at the features included, it seemed like I’d be getting a lot without spending too much.
After using it for a while, I’d say it’s been worth it for me. It’s not flawless, and there are little things here and there that could be smoother, but for the money, I’m happy with it. It does what I need, and I don’t get that annoying feeling that I’m overpaying every month

"Billing ended up being more confusing than I expected"
So... I actually liked the tool when I first started using it, but dealing with the subscription side was frustrating. The billing page wasn’t very clear, and I ended up getting charged even though I thought I had already cancelled. Support did get back to me, but it took a while and the issue still didn’t feel fully resolved...

"The docs helped more than I expected"
I thought setup was going to be a hassle, but the tutorials actually made it easy. The docs were clear enough too, which was a nice surprise. I mean, it still felt a little annoying at first, but once I followed along with the videos, it was basically fine.
